      <description>there is plain kefir available,unsweetened...you can also buy the cltures in natural foods stores...and if you ar sensitive t dairy milk, they wll culture on soy.  ;ve made soy kefir and yogurt, and also sunflower seed milk yogurt...pretty tasty.&#xD;

Rewood hill goat Dairy ahs also started selling both lain and fruity goat milk kefir...te fruit are oo sweet for my tastes.</description>

      <description>I enjoy chugging down the kefir, but that may have too much sugar for some. Some stores carry acidophilous milk, which is great, and I also pop probiotic wafers when I feel the need. Again, they were at whole foods, not expensive, but do need to be kept in the fridge.</description>

      <description>i'm starting antibioltic treatment and will be amping up the probiotics to thwart yeast infection, etc.  as i'm still nursing.  anyone have good quality brands of probiotics to recommend?  anybody did the same thing (antibiotic course) while nursing?</description>
