Emma France is a 95 year old woman that a minor government official in Jasper County Missouri claims was kidnapped by her 67 year old daughter, Delores Forste.

Delores Forste is now in jail in California awaiting possible extradition to Missouri.

Emma is still in her home in California, where she lives, Delores and her husband also live in California.

This is the first of several videos that will be posted in conjunction with newspaper articles in the Joplin Globe (byline; Susan Redden), and several Independents, as well as several AP newspapers.

This story already has wide circulation and has been front page news in the Joplin Globe.
